Health Intensive #14

Food also has an effect on our stress level....most likely the reason why people reach for food when they are stressed......

So, let's use food to control the effects of stress on our bodies instead of exacerbating the stress🍴 đź¤“

My goal is to encourage you to consider new ways of eating to your usual diet. I am not a big fan of “diets” and am actually opposed to some of the more popular ones. What if you just choose to flood your diet with some really great stuff, like I talk about below, so that there isn’t room for much of the bad?

I originally wanted to do three today, and three on Tuesday, but I like to keep this series as non overwhelming as possible. I think I shared just salmon and bone broth in 2019. Last year I shared about Broccoli and juicing. I am going to leave the important juicing post, but this year I am starting with talking about the Mediterranean diet. If we do have a “type” of eating in our home, it most definitely leans towards this.

Stay tuned for Tuesday when I talk a bit about juicing....one of my favorite health subjects.
