Juicing brings me back to the very roots of my own health food studies….when I watched my grandma get rid of a cancer of her body by using juicing and one other controversial item. I am not sure that I can relay how important juicing can be for your body. It is something I wish we had been doing for all of the last thirty years. And as far as stress....I will say that anything that can help your health like juicing is sure to nourish the body to contribute to overall good feelings that would be generated!!

two without doing it. But the benefits are hard to even relay. If you are interested, I can give you a link to an amazing documentary of overcoming some pretty serious problems with juicing. It is something that I plan to do even more of in 2021. Some cleanses that we do this year will be mainly juicing. πŸπŸπŸ₯•πŸ₯•πŸ₯•πŸ₯’πŸ₯¦πŸ₯‘πŸ‹

So, here is the second food suggestion…..add juicing.

Just start with a couple times a month if it seems daunting to you. Or if you are brave you can do a cleanse with juicing or even a few times a week.

If you need help on getting started, I suggest looking up instructions by Jay Kordich, who I have followed for many years (recently deceased at 93 with no disease, and a smile on his face....he was amazing even in his last years) or Jason Vale (who also has apps that you can use on the phone to help you do a series of days of juicing) But my suggestion would be to definitely start with Jay Kordich...so much simpler stuff. Jason Vale goes a little overboard with his recipes πŸ˜‚ And there is also the Juice Lady, Cherie Calbom too.

I would also be glad to give you suggestions!! Let me know if you already do juicing, and I am always curious as to what juicer people use!! πŸ™‚ I JUST bought a new one.
