So, here is the second food suggestionβ¦..add juicing.
Just start with a couple times a month if it seems daunting to you. Or if you are brave you can do a cleanse with juicing or even a few times a week.
If you need help on getting started, I suggest looking up instructions by Jay Kordich, who I have followed for many years (recently deceased at 93 with no disease, and a smile on his face....he was amazing even in his last years) or Jason Vale (who also has apps that you can use on the phone to help you do a series of days of juicing) But my suggestion would be to definitely start with Jay Kordich...so much simpler stuff. Jason Vale goes a little overboard with his recipes π And there is also the Juice Lady, Cherie Calbom too.
I would also be glad to give you suggestions!! Let me know if you already do juicing, and I am always curious as to what juicer people use!! π I JUST bought a new one.
