Health Intensive #2

So you don't have to dig back through the comments (on the MeWe Page!) for the extra tips and the links to the water articles, here is the grouping of comments from yesterday πŸŽ‰ And if you haven't jumped in yet, go to yesterday's post to join us in a water challenge to go into the New Year by establishing one of the healthiest habits you could do πŸŽ‰ πŸŽ‰ πŸŽ‰

From yesterday…..
EXTRA TIPS

  1. DRINK BEFORE YOU EAT
Drinking a glass of water before a meal is quite common in other countries. Not only does this practice help you feel full, but it will also aid in digestion, and is an easy way to remember some of your glasses that you need to drink!

  2. CARRY AROUND A LARGE WATER BOTTLE
While there are many water bottle options to choose from, please do get a stainless steel or glass one!! And use a big one πŸ™‚ . It is much easier to consume more when you are filling upa bigger bottle and a straw makes things easier too.

3. USE AN APP
Using an app can be a fun and convenient way to track your water consumption. Download one of the daily water reminder apps to your phone to help you remember! Picture of the one I am using in the comments!

4. REMEMBER
Please remember that you WANT to be urinating more. Yes, occasionally inconvenient, but your health and a healthy weight are worth it to get rid of as many toxins as you can!!

Fun infused water recipes (same as last year's infused water article and has seasonal waters ) πŸ‹ πŸŠ πŸ“ πŸ πŸŒΏ https://yurielkaim.com/infused-waters/

Remember that you are made up of about 60% water, and babies are an even higher percentage. So, so important to stay hydrated!!!!
Pop is no good....sorry πŸ™ Trust me, you will get used to not drinking it!!! Or at least limit yourself to a few times a year. And even worse than regular pop/soda is the diet version. This link comes up as not secure, but you can go ahead through to read it. πŸ˜ πŸ₯€

And, last of all, your brain. There really is not a way I can stress how important that water is to your brain and its function. Here is something to give you some food for thought on the subject.πŸ“š
