SO many reasons to make water your favorite drink. Aside from the all-natural Plexus SLIM pink drink (which is my first dose of water in the morning), and now the ACTIVE energy drink (can't believe how beneficial it is)....other than that, I am not a big fan of adding powdered stuff to water.....much better to infuse it with fruit and herbs for the rest of the day!! πΏ πΏ πΏ .π π π πΏ πΏ πΏ
Now for some info about how much water to drink. Some say a gallon a day, others the 8x8 rule, another is 1/2 your body weight in ounces, and one is even a 4-step math equation. You pick, but don't do any less than the 64 oz!! Check the comments for more articles (and some more tips) referencing the importance of water and different things that it affects in your body!! It only takes about 1% dehydration to start feeling ill effects!
And although our MAIN goal is health and not weight loss, one of the problems that people experience when they are short on their water intake is thinking that they are hungry when they are actually thirsty! Add to that the fact that the body has a hard time getting rid of fat cells when they are full of toxins....and enough water is a huge factor in getting rid of toxins!
