Gut Health Part I

One super important aspect of managing stress is bacterial balance in your gut. Candida Yeast can take over your healthy bacteria and wreak havoc in systems all throughout your body. And again, it goes both ways! Stress can affect the gut, and the gut can affect how you handle stress.
