Health Intensive #18

Here we are at the last post for the Health Intensive!! Next week will be back to "regular programming" πŸ™‚
If I was going to focus specifically on stress and health, there is no way I would leave out a specific post on technology. Oh, how things have changed in the last thirty years!!

I was just talking about parenting/home educating over the course of the last 25 years, and wow! In our home, we have always focused quite a bit on great emotional health and communication....and technology is a bear to manage when you are working on those consistently. But, the fact that we are intentional about it has probably helped us to make the right decisions concerning our intake of tech!!

Here are a few articles. There are similarities, and a couple of "remedies" that I didn't particularly agree with, but even keeping this in the frame of

intentionality when we are so inundated with technology all the time should be beneficial. Awareness is always helpful!!

The one that I am currently working on is completely scheduling any of my tech use, especially social media! Part of this was leaving Facebook and soon Instagram and Twitter.
