above, we can control how we process the “happenings” mentally, and we can keep our bodies and minds at as much peak performance as possible so that we have half a chance to process well…especially when the situations are exceptionally upsetting or devastating.
So, instead of calling it "eliminating stress", I would like to call it "eliminating what could easily be the effects of stress on the mind and body when stress inevitably happens".
In each post throughout the series in the next few weeks, what I am trying to help you accomplish is to not eliminate the stressful situations. That is impossible. It is to learn how to eliminate, inasmuch as IS possible, the stress on the mind and body that those things can easily create. The gratitude post from yesterday was a start to the things you need to do to turn stress upside down. 😍
I hope that all makes sense to you. In all seriousness, my life is different now. The last three years have been an overhaul of my system, and I already thought I was healthy. And yes, one of the things that will be included in a couple of the posts is my Plexus, because being able to think clearly and feel great lend themselves to actually accomplishing some of the other things that were needed, collectively bringing me to a place where I feel younger and also motivated….which of course lends itself to accomplishing even more. 🎉🎉🎉
Caveat: I fully believe that as Christians we can experience joy and “handle” situations by the fact that we have the Holy Spirit within us. NO QUESTION! But why try to do it while you have to constantly fight with your body, mentally and physically? THIS is the heart of this series.
